Yes, many users notice less tension in the lower back because the Capisco encourages active sitting. The saddle seat opens the hip angle, allowing you to sit more naturally and upright. The chair is not a medical device, but is recommended by prevention advisors and physiotherapists.
When will the chair be delivered and what does delivery cost?
This model is available directly from stock. Order before noon and we ship the same day. Expected delivery: next working day in Belgium, the Netherlands and France — Germany and Luxembourg usually as well. Rest of Europe: 2 to 3 working days on average. Delivery is free — exact shipping costs for your country are calculated at checkout.
Can I return the chair if it does not suit me?
Yes. You have 14 days to return from delivery. Contact us via our contact form or call us — we will guide you through the entire return process. More info on our returns page.
Which gas lift and frame colour can I choose?
You choose the gas lift based on your desk height:
150 mm — seat height 41–54 cm (desks from 66–79 cm)
200 mm — seat height 47–65 cm (standard desks from 72–91 cm) ★ most chosen
265 mm — seat height 56–79 cm (sit-stand desks from 81–106 cm)
You also choose the frame colour: black, white, silver or polished aluminium.

What is the difference with the fully configurable model?
This model is available directly from stock in a fixed fabric colour, but you still choose the gas lift and frame colour yourself. The fully configurable model also lets you choose freely from all fabrics — but has a lead time of 4–6 weeks.
How do I assemble the HÅG Capisco?
Assembly is surprisingly simple — just one screw for the connection between the seat and backrest. All other parts click smoothly together. In less than 5 minutes you are ready to sit.
