Interstuhl provides a 10-year warranty on all products and parts.
Interstuhl products are designed for 8-hour-a-day use and a maximum weight of 120 kg. If the products are used in a two (16-hour use) or three shifts (24-hour use), the 10-year warranty period shortens in accordance with the period of use. For example, if the product is used for 16-hour shifts, the warranty period is 5 years. Note: for the special 24-h chairs, even when used in two or three shifts, the warranty is 10 years!
Normal wear and tear of the office chair on e.g. upholstery and wheels is reasonably to be expected. A warranty period of 3 years applies here.
The warranty covers the cost of the part to be replaced. Any transport and assembly costs are not covered.
